Can you do a custom gift?
Yes, absolutely! You can fill out our custom gift questionnaire and we will work with you from there to design the perfect gift. If you prefer you can always email us directly using the email button or fill out the contact form on the contact page and we can help answer any questions.
I am looking specifically for a baby girl gift, wedding shower gift etc.
Do you have gifts for other occasions?
Yes, we can suit any of your gifting occasion needs. Please fill out our custom questionnaire or contact form.
Can any of the gifts in your shop be altered or changed?
Yes, we are always willing to adjust things to meet your needs. Send us an email or contact form to discuss.
I like the gift box instead of the gift basket look, can I change how the gift is presented?
Yes, any of our gifts can be gifted in our standard white gift box or basket with cellophane. Send us an email or contact form to discuss.
What does the cellophane look like on the basket?
All of our cellophane is wrapped tight over the top of the gift and is secured underneath the gift basket. We then heat set the cellophane so that you can fully see the contents of the gift. A coordinating ribbon is added to each basket.
Can you do custom gifts for businesses or holidays?
What sort of options do I have?
Yes, we can do any sort of corporate, business or holiday gifting. We ask that you first fill out our custom questionnaire to the best of your ability. We then set a meeting to discuss your gifting needs and put together a proposal with different gifting options to meet your needs. We can add customized products with your logo or branding. Another option is to simply add a card or enclosure with your logo and ribbon to match your branding.
I have an upcoming event and need a gift for a raffle. Can you make a gift for the event or can I give you items to arrange in a basket for me?
We can do either option! You can select something from our shop or we can custom design a gift for you. We can do basket arranging where we provide basket/box, fill, cellophane, ribbon etc. for a fee. We also can add a few items to your pre-made gift to help round it out and do the arranging for you.
Do you do community events or pop up shops?
Yes! In the past we have participated in different events such as The Cole Collection, Purses for a Purpose, Chamber Events, and Ladies’ Day Events. We are always open to participating in events. We usually have individual products for sale along with pre-made baskets. Let us know of upcoming events that you would like to see us at!
What is your return policy?
All gifts are final sale and are not refundable.
We will refund or replace with the same or similar item if we are able to for any damages during shipment. We kindly ask that you submit photos so that we can learn for future orders.
What if a gift arrives damaged or broken?
We have a flat rate shipping that is added when you checkout. All gifts are shipped UPS. If you live in or near Lima, OH there is an option to pick up the gift locally with no additional cost. You can select this option instead of shipping when you checkout.
